Shadow Mode cannot change your ERP
SHNGL reads the approved information and makes recommendations beside your current system. It cannot create an order, move inventory, change a purchase, or write anything back.

We test SHNGL against your own history
We replay past inventory and purchasing situations using only the information that was available at that time. That shows where SHNGL would have helped and where it would have missed.

Every recommendation comes with the receipts
SHNGL keeps the source numbers, the issue it found, its recommended action, and the reason for that recommendation together in one record.

Your people make the final call
The manager you authorize can approve, change, decline, or hold a recommendation. SHNGL does not quietly give itself more authority or bypass the people responsible for the result.
